Help identifying a large rock

EF86CDBB-2AEA-4DD4-88DF-F6B364433811.webp569DE890-6199-4E42-BB61-D42DA3029ED2.webpWhile wading a river in the cascade range I found what I thought was a large piece or stump of petrified wood but after digging it out of an undercut back, rolling it across the river and getting a buddy to help pack it to my pickup and bring it home I’m doubting it is but I really want to know what it is. Weighs about 350# and 3’ in diameter, I see lots of quartz I believe so I cut a chunk out of it of which I will post a photo. Thats alot of work to haul that bad boy home. Looks like quartz but I am no expert at all hope its something good.

I'm no rock expert but I do know hard work when I see it .
time for a cold beer and some icy hot.. I hope it was worth the effort .

Man my back hurts just looking at the pictures....

I'm going with quarts.
I don't see any grain to it.
But I don't know rocks

The first picture looks like flint with all the edges - but the rest I'm not sure of.
