Help identifying a piece of relief wall art.

I was at a thrift store, and for 10$ I couldn't help myself. Its massive, and so neat. I can't find any sort of markings, signature. It looks to be a fiberglass back, with plaster? Ceramic, on top to build the art. Any ideas? Its's 3.5 foot long, by almost 2 foot wide.
