Help Identifying a Vase

I am seeking assistance regarding the identification of a vase. I purchased it at an estate sale, no one including myself knew anything about it. Hoping my investment wasn't over value.

The second picture is the signature on the bottom; I'm not sure of the orientation that it's supposed to go. Any help would be appreciated.

im thinking the signature on the base might be upside down
due to the brush strokes
heavy ink would be laid at the beginning of the brush stroke
