Help identifying?

Anyone know what kind this is? Found in North Scottsdale, AZ today. It’s got indentation right where my fingers are grasping it, directly across the point. The line in the middle tapers down evenly on both sides. I’m a novice, so other than being able to spot a point, I have no clue how to identify them.

What does the other side look like. That side says no not an NA artifact.

Clear pictures from both sides will help a great deal. Based on those pictures, I’m not sure if the details show a crudely made point or a machine crushed stone.
