Help IDing coin, possible indian or arabic.

I bought this necklace in a bag lot from Salvation Army and can not identify this Foreign coin. There are over 20 on the necklace. Could someone help me out?

The Islamic date (found between and under the flags) appears (to these eyes) to be 1423. If so, the conversion to Gregorian is about 2002. (I used Islamic date X .97 then added 622 for a rough estimate.)

Afghanistan uses the Solar Hejira, a different calendar than the Islamic Date. A 1423 SH would be a 2044 coin.

Thanks, appreciate all the help. Ill post a picture of the "necklace" , it appear it was converted to a neckalce that broke but it was an afghan coin alpaca .
