Help! I'm new to this, should be a cave in picture

Should be a cave someplace in the picture but I'm not sure where! Could someone Dowse this and tell me where the entrance could be and/or metal detecting locations on this picture! Any help is appreciated

This is the only signal i'm getting ,a silver cache ,at the distant i can't tell if it a cave ,because i can't move much and i'm out of it,could be a well are a root cellar??any way that where i think you should be working in that area.
