Help me to close out a customizer

I would like to exit from the program that has (paint and sizing) section. there is a border around my pictures. I want to exit this program completely but find no directions to cancel. Im using microsoft. Please help me.

You can right click on the picture and a list will come up and click on
"open with" and pic what one you want.I don't know about The border.
Should be under pitcher frames.Hope this helps.

Alt-F4 on your key board would close the active window. Repeat for other open windows that you want to close.
