Help On Finding This Publication.

A while back there was a monthly or weekly publication called,,Owl Hooter's or Owl something devoted in finding items of value in the strangest places..

I don't know if there was a monthly publication call the Owl Hooters. I have the Owl Hooters manual. It gives self employment tips for odd jobs or jobs while traveling. For example the manual menitioned a guy who sold fork straighteners to restaurants.
