Help, what kind of fossil is this?

Hello all, anybody have any idea what this is? I can't remember where I found this, I think Nevada, but just can't remember.

At a recent Fossil Fest here in Austin,they had a huge fossil,about as big as a sheet of ply wood,with about 200-300 Trillobites on it,price tag about$25,000.
