On the front of the coin it says Edward Jenner 1789-1823 and on the back Introduced Vaccination with a picture of an arm, It is also all gold

I also have 2 others that i didnt have time to take a picture of, they are both like this one just the name,pictures and dates are diffrent

one of the other ones says Joseph Lister 1827-1912 and on the back introduced antiseptic surgery with a picutre of tools
the other one says Paul Ehrlich 1854-1915 and on the back Modern Chemotheraopy Established and i dont really know what the picture is...anyways i was just wondering what these are and are they of any value...Thanks
