is it a O/C, broadstrike, tilted collar, or broken collar?

the rim being wide and bevels upwards from the field to the edge. at the L of liberty there is a small lump that is not, but resembles a CUD and the rim starts to have the railroad effect.
all thoughts welcome

reverse is normal

We need to see if the Reverse is aligned correctly and if so, then the Obverse suffered a Misaligned Die Strike or MAD.
