Help With Buckle

I know what it resembles, and what it isn't.... buckle from a childs car seat. But it probably is used in the same fashion, for forming a 90 degree junction of two straps. Maybe this will help someone pinpoint it for ya.

I Hadn't thought of Hip Waders. Makes sense. All I had to do was look at the ones I was wearing when I found the buckle...
