I was doing research at the same time as Vpnavy. Your button is a brass "Fashion" button replica of an Austrian silver thaler coin, showing the Austrian Imperial Eagle. Vpnavy's Ebay link explains the inscription's meaning. The traces of black paint on your button's front is typical of many versions of "Fashion" buttons.
