Help with found tokens.....

Hi,
I found these tokens while cleaning out my Grandparents house in Jessup, Md. I have no idea what there are, what they were used for or if they are worth anything. It's hard to see what they look like but I don't want to open the roll. There is writing on the outside of the roll but it illegible. My grandparents lived in MD for over 50 years but we're originally from California so it's possible the tokens could be from there. Anyone have any idea? Any information will be appreciated. Thanks!

The token will read: "Good For One Fare", indicating they are either bus or subway tokens.

Now that I think of it, tokens of this sort were also used on ferries and streetcars.

Thanks for the info! I'll keep looking, maybe I'll be able to find where they were used. I had no idea tokens were collectable!
