help with id on maker & better pics.

cant figure out the makers mark on this sterling necklace pendant, and help i.d.ing the stone, and a sterling necklace marked ALi. plus a silver dime i picked up in a card game, they said it sounded funny when it hit the table lol thanks in advance.
