Help! - with Identifying backstamp German Posey Vase?

Hi, i bought this at a charity shop and i cannot make out the mark on the back,it looks quite old and i think its a posey vase but not sure, i dont know what the blue backstamp says and was really hoping someone might recognise it? all i can make out is the made in germany (i think it says germany but really not sure) and the number 402. Would be so gratefull to anyone who can help identify the maker! Thanks
