✅ SOLVED Help with identifying luggage bag? wine carrier?

Hello everyone! Longtime lurker, first time poster. I was wondering if you could help me identify the luggage/carrier shown in the pictures. Initially we thought it was a older carry-on for wine bottles, but then noticed that that the neck would point away from the handle...so now we are not so sure.

The exterior has a leather feel, but is hard underneath (sorry, that is the best I can describe it ). The dimensions are 12.5" x 8.5" x 6" and there are no manufactures marking or any writing that we can find. The inside has a movable "flap" dividing one of the compartments, as shown.

Any ideas what this is?

It appears to be a portable bar. The bottles would go on the right side, divided by the flap.
The 2 holders on the upper left side are for cups, usually aluminum.
the 3 lower holders are for accessories like corkscrew, shaker top, etc.
