Help, with pattern.

Went to city park again. This park is fairly new (15 years?). Found a 2014D nickel and 3 quarters; the oldest was 1989P. I also found another .30-06 blank brass case and this spoon. I could tell it wasn’t typical stainless by the color. Community Plate. I understand that part of it. I didn’t find the pattern on-line. It looks like a spiderweb to me. Pretty cool with Halloween 🎃 approaching. Any help with ID appreciated.

Just looked online. It seems like community plate silverware was, silver plated, but not cheap at all. Looks like the company formed in 1888. Definitely cool and interesting find.
