I have finally found time to get out and hunt the last couple of months, but there are a few items I need help with an ID.
I'm not sure how many photos I can post per post, so this may require a couple of posts.
Any help you can offer, even if it is just to help point me down a new rabbit hole to search would be greatly appreciated.
For reference this is in coastal North Carolina and using an Equinox 600 and mostly beach with some woods.
If you would like more photos either larger or from other angles just ask. I appreciate the help!

First is what I think is a coin, and looks like it may have been struck more than once, and about the size of a modern quarter

Next up looks like it is made from brass or bronze and about the size of your palm

Next up is a couple of spoon handles that I would love some thoughts on. I have found a ton of spoon parts and pieces lately but these were found not too far apart and are kind of interesting.

These I have no idea about. I was wonder if it was a part of a lantern, but I may be way off.

Next up are a couple of what I think are buttons, but I'm having a hard time finding others like it, especially with the jagged edge on one of them. I'm trying to pin down an time era and what kind of clothing if they are buttons. I forgot to put a coin in with the jagged one, but it is larger than the other "button"

Finally just a few other randoms. One looks like part of a door knob, but I haven't seen any 2 piece door knobs like that. The key hole is interesting but what would be the point of a pull down cover if you put a hole in it for dirt to still get in. The gold on the square item just caught my attention, and the threaded item isn't like the other copper screws I find all the time.

Sweet finds,The heart shaped item is the back to a lock , as other member mentioned. From my understanding those locks were used on charity boxes for donations,I can't remember the age though mid to late 1800's. Here is one I found last year for reference.
