🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Help with silverish nugget dug up in Texas

Don’t think I will ever know what this is off of or from, would like ideas of what type of metal. Non magnetic , hard and heavy .5 oz . Silver in color and shiny. I know it not lead or brass etc.
What could it be other than silver?

The rounded end makes me think it's a piece of slag? Aluminum maybe?

Probably a fire nugget, melted aluminum or some metal that melted from a car accident, it has been melted. Where did you find it what were the surroundings river, field, house site side of a highway?

Late 1800’s to early 1900 homesite, farming area , timber industry very prevalent

It is just the color shining through, I got a silver test acid and was negative for silver. I guess it some sort of slag??

It resembles a bunch of lead slag I’ve found. Almost identical density to silver…more likely to be discarded. Throw it in a pot on high heat (in a well-ventilated area), put a propane torch on it, and if it starts to melt, then it’s lead.
