Help With Small Bottle ID

I found this under my 1925 farmhouse in Georgia. It was mostly buried in the dirt with just the top poking out. Can anyone help me ID what kind of bottle this is? I've never seen one like it. I did find a vintage Dura-Gloss nail polish bottle in a area I was digging in not far from the house. Along with some zinc lids with the milk glass inserts and some bits of pottery. And coal. Lots of raw coal. Thank you for your time!!

Hello, Looks like the bottom of a glass candy container. Possibly a stick or pedistal phone, but thats just a guess. Paul

Oh my gosh! THANK YOU!! I think you are right! I googled telephone glass candy container and found another one nearly identical to my bottle (with a 6 on the bottom, though) on ebay. The bottle you show here and that one are just like this one I found. Now I want to crawl back under the house and see if I can find the rest of the phone parts. haha~ Will have to wait until fall or winter, though. Too afraid of snakes in places like that right now.

Your very welcome Sorry, I don't get on much anymore but use to do alot of old dump hunting. There are lots of neat old glass candy containers out there just waiting to be found and sometimes the whole container is glass and nothing else is lost from them. About half of them are broke, but generally they were pretty stout and survive. Good luck finding the top of yours and if you don't , someone might be selling the top part on E-bay.
