Hi-
1st off, is buckle type? Seems pretty small and I'm thinking maybe 1/2 is missing, but not sure. On the back, what years used this type of design? I have not been able to match it with anything and would like to know an approx. date and if for sure it is a type of buckle. Thanks for looking.
