Help with this carving

I posted this in another forum and someone suggested I might get better info hear. This is in East Tn. Any Idea what this is or who might have carved it? Thanks

If you look at your longest distance shot you will see (on the right) part of the carved section a profile (looking left)
of an asian looking cartoonish fellow. He has headgear. This means your goal will be at least 90 degrees from the direction he is looking. Maybe a dog in front of him. Keep looking and enjoy. R.

It's not carved, it's natural. The striation patterns tell you that.

Looks carved to me - looking at it closely. A clue to something possibly hidden as they would carve things to give them a direction to a hidden "treasure." Happy hunting!!!
