i found this ring today,i thing is write i n d i a,it's very light,0.6g.any idea What is the metal?

All rings stamped INDIA that I've found look like aluminum (alloy?) to me.
 
If it's soft, most likely aluminium.
If it's hard, most likely titanium.

Those are the only two ring material metals I can think of that would be that light.

The lightness seems to indicate an alloy probably from melted down scrap metal. There are lots of people who salvage any thing of value at their waste dumps, metals [aluminum and copper] are one of the items and I do not doubt that at least some of this metal was at one time something else.
