Anybody in Vegas willing to teach a newbie? Would make it worth your wild. Just so hard to learn on my own. I heard a day with an experienced Md is better than reading a 1000 books. Nothing beats a hands on lesson. Believe me i need some serious help, don't want to loose interest cuz i dont know what im doing. Just bought a $1300 machine.
