What would probably be overlooked as a Quartz specimen with Chlorite inclusions, this is in fact a rare combination of Hematite and Monazite-Ce included Quartz.
"This locality produced a host of unusual rare earth minerals and unfortunately it is off limits for collecting, making specimens very difficult to acquire. A crystal was analyzed by x-ray fluorescence and cerium x-ray line was confirmed. They show interesting etching from radioactivity within the crystal lattice." - N.R. Mineralology
