Henry Sefton's Toll Road in Colorado

I've been researching this for a while and can't seem to substantiate that he burried any coins. Has anyone worked on this? If so I'd like to compare notes ans see what we can come up with. Any help would be appreciated.

He needs a nickname, like Uncle Dick Wooten whose toll road over Raton Pass was the stiffest climb
on the North Branch of the Santa Fe Trail. Do you know the pass he controlled?

LaVeta Pass

That's interesting, where was the tollgate? They made a movie with LaVeta Pass as a location for most
of the action but I didn't recognize any landmarks. Danny Glover played himself as a mad dog killer.
