Heraldic eagle coin/button/medal?

Hello, I'm usually pretty good at googling, but I can't find anything like it. Eagle with totally blank back. I bought it out of a box of junk coins (along with some early British coppers). Any idea on age or origin?

Can't tell you anything about it...
It has the look of something old, but made that way or aged I don't know.
You know the drill.... can you give us a shot if the back?

It’s pretty crudely struck. I wonder if it’s just a cheap charm off of an imported piece of jewelry. It’s definitely a federal eagle. Does it have a flat back or does it have the relief image of the eagle like it was stamped?

No, I have seen plenty of cheap stuff. It's struck blank with an uneven surface. Certainly has some age
