Here's a strange one for my area.

Found this one a while back. They were selling top soil off a site by the river. It rained the night before, I got there and the sun was hot. This point was covered by an 1/8 " of dirt but the sun had dried the dirt on top of this point to reveal an outline of it in contrast to the wet ground around it. My lucky day!! What type is it. Still cant find my book.

This is just a guess it could be a Wade point 3000 to 4500 yrs old, I say Wade because of your area, it's an Alabama point and I'm looking at the outline shape and ears. It is an odd notched one for sure, but it's a great find for sure.
