Took a few pics of what I believe to be a false wall to an underground enterance. Looks like it night be, I would chip a little out of that area, and some surrounding it and see if it looks like the surrounding rock. That would let you know.

I'd look around real good for death trap signs, like what's that
looking like it's separate & formation right above it? You may've
already, just go easy, & I'd work to try & slip a camera through a
crack if possible, before too ambitious, without much of vibration,
about seeing why it appears might be a rock slab was fitted, stood
up there. Any clues researching initials, name? Do the cracks seem
through to a void? Shine a light or see if smoke goes inside the seam.
Good luck & be very cautious, might be some kind a sealed entrance?
If I did start messing with it, I'd want to be using something on a pole.
Intriguing deal there, looks it like might possibly be a little bit of fun...

If it is, it would be an excavated cave or vault, it looks like solid rock, therefore there would be some tailings around somewhere within say a mile, I would look for those tailings first, then if found, I would obtain a core drill and drill a hole into that “door”, then take a look.

My opinion is to do Nothing - except pictures- right now.
At least while there’s snow on the ground and the ground is moist. The rocks and the slabs are also moist and are subjected to thaw and freeze cycles (day and night) and therefore Unstable.
Give them a chance to dry up in the late spring/summer months.
Any vibration may trigger a chain reaction that may cause that mountain to come down, unexpectedly.
It will be safer to do your investigation when the grounds are stable and dry.
It does look very interesting and by all means compelling, but think of safety first. Study and make lots of picture from many angles and distances, then study them again. Let the warmer weather help you see more details hiding under that blanket of snow. Be safe and good luck.

We used to use a small camera on the end of a long flexible arm at work. The one I used most was about 30" long and 1/4" dia. Make a small hole under the bottom edge might give you a better ideal. A long rod to go down them and in. then switch to one with a curve to go up. Its just a thought, on my forth drink today waited for the plague to end, so don't roast me.:occasion14:

I'd carefully consider the above thoughts leaving the vibes minimal 'til you see.
Maybe a camera could be slipped through the crack, if possible with no bumping.

~The little sorta' round rock plug in upper RH corner of crack, appears may have
a bit of carving & the solid rock behind it looks to've been worked. Just a thought,
tho haven't had but one rye, working on smoothe black, spring water & Sam Adams.
Espionage, biological warfare & spying, are a whole 'nother subject altogether though...

False ? as in "not there" ? ? ?

Well there is one sure fire way to find out...

Run full speed... if you make it through... yep.

Not going to look at it too close, but dig here type doorways on cliff faces can be trapped from behind in crevised out partitions so it can bring down the whole cliff face on you when you try to open it. I know this for for certain and have a place where 300+ tons of rock is balanced on a bricked in doorway at the bottom of a cliff face with many signs telling you to dig it out.

Try a m99 50BMG get back 1000yards. Squeeze slow and shake things up a little. Punch a hole for camera? Find out if you can make land slide.

You mean bury the potential treasure, no peep?

After a clearer, closer look... Appears if that small rock moves, it
could be the whole thing falls down toward that side, the cliff
all above it likely follows down in a massive slide. There's
a small carved pointer, upper RH corner, appears to be
holding the round plug rock, which looks is actually
2 pieces, for easy trigger spring it appears to me.
Definitely has been carved, cleverly put together.

Great photos Kingofkings, thanks for posting them. I would like to know why or how do you know its a false wall with tunnel system? One thing for sure is to stay safe. Nice lookig place. Oh and what do you think of the writing on the wall. Got any ideals or info. you wanna share on that?

The potential treasure is already buried? I D K.
How did that DB Cooper move that bolder so many days from Easter.
Do a reverse tv show. Show me some treasures, than show me a few years of how you found it without showing anything. I might still be watching that and not looking here.?
