Lol, in my experience only folks from KY use the phrase "if you don't care to" in place of "if you wouldn't mind". I think it confuses the rest of the country. My dad took a job in ky and we moved there years ago. On his first day of work he asked his secretery to do something, she said "I don't care to" and walked out. He became extremely flabbergasted before he realized the misunderstanding.
