Hey guys I have two War of 1812?buttons that need to be clean

I have two war of 1812 buttons what is made of pewter I’m not sure what the other one is made of. I ordered Andre’s pencils And I want a few opinions on how to let’s say start on that pewter US button. Every corner of the room cleaned up pretty much the bus stop so I ordered the right tools I’m just wondering how am I getting the white computer and keeping the US pewter. As you say I know nothing any partners will help me out

The "US" button needs nothing done to it. Leave it alone. When you get the Andre's pencils only use the brass "scalpel" on it using the flat side. Again, I wouldn't hardly do much to that one either. The artillery button is made of brass.

I know but I could barely see the US and pewter Is there any other thing besides nose grease that’ll make it better.
