hi all first timer out doing this ever

newbie here, just bought a dfx and my first time out ever i found a 1945 dime,1948 dime, a couple wheat pennies, and best of all i found a diamond pendent it had six diamonds and one amoral in it.I'm still new to posting things so when i get The hang of it i will send a picture of it.this meddle detecting is great wish i would of started years ago i guess 38 is not to late.cant wait to find more stuff. Great man, You bought yourself a great machine. There's a learning curve with it but once you master it you will be finding alot. Don't get me wrong it's a great hunt right out of the box unit. But once you know all the settings it's even a better machine. Take your time use the preset programs on it for awile until you start to get familiar with all the v.d.i's. Check this site out if you don't already know it www.dfxonly.com. Here you will learn alot more about what the unit will do and it's settings.

Looks like your off to a great start already. Keep at it and stay on these forums. They are good places to be if your in the hobby.
