This was the only fine art score of the day, can anyone help me with the signature, or decipher the words on the building? I came up with warshow 74, but it's definitely not that. I appreciate everyone's time and help. :-)

Maybe Laurence Warshaw? (alternatively spelled 'Lawrence' on some sites). He signed in a similar fashion - uppercase printing. From what I can find, he dabbled in different styles from landscapes to abstracts, so it's a possibility. There is another listed artist named Howard Warshaw, but the art style is dramatically different, and also a Samuel Warshaw, but I believe he died prior to the date on your piece.
