Nice work, no clue who made it. NEVER screw around with wood without doing research. I have a old New Mexico WPA office desk I was about to refinish and found out even in bad shape the original finish is worth more.

The inlay work is quite nice. There is no way I would try to clean or restore its condition. Doug is right.
