Hi! Who can help me to identify this stone or maybe meteorite ?

Can maybe this be an meteorite?
It is very magnetic en heavy for it’s size. Also tiny little gold-looking flakes can I detect.

Not a meteorite. Looks to be principally hematite in 'botryoidal' form, but iron-rich mineral accumulations are frequently a mixture. Secondary magnetite is what gives nodules like this their magnetism, and the gold flecks will likely be pyrite.
