Hill Country Spring

I did a show in the tiny town of Sisterdale, TX this past weekend, and my wife came along for moral support and to hit the antique shops in nearby Fredericksburg. We drove back home along Hwy 71 in the hopes of seeing a few wildflowers. This is just the beginning of bluebonnet time in Texas.

Beautiful Wildflowers.....But now have a song pounding in my head from an old TV commercial.

"Everythings better with Bluebonnet on it."

Always wondered what bluebonnets were. We have them too, I think they call them lupines here.
