Re: Himmel's Grove Today

Love the IH, Jeff. It's my favorite coin and I hope to dig one some day. My wife got a beautiful 1906 in change a couple of years back.

The watch part looks like it could be the nut from a romex clamp or conduit fitting?

Anyway, nice finds.

Re: Himmel's Grove Today

I thought it looked like an conduit fitting as well. Nice finds though. -JD in WV

Re: Himmel's Grove Today

Thanks For the Comments.

On the "Watch Part ?" it has no threads, But does have a
Channel that would bake it Turn Freely in a Circle.
This is Why I'm Almost sure it's a Watch Part.

Re: Himmel's Grove Today

Cool an IH, I have been wanting that first lately.

Keep @ it and HH!!

Usually the threads are on the coupling and what you described as the channel allows it to be threaded on. The ridges allow it to grip the box so it wont slip when tightened down.
