Hi guys! Just found this in the front of the yard near the street, I have no idea what it is because it is covered in stone or calcium or something. Looks like there is some writing or graphics on the metal under the res hi guys! Chip away. Odds are it's a washer. If it were silver, gold or copper it wouldn't rust like that. Keep on hunting!
 

Drop it in a bowl of Cider Vinegar for a few hours.
