My wife and I went to a church holly fair yesterday and pillaged the jewelry section. After a good half hour or so, here's what we walked away with. A sterling bracelet for $5.00 (.74 ozt). A bracelet with a charm for .50 cents. Two sterling brooches for .50 each. A pair of 14k leaf earrings for .25 cents( 0.6g). Also a bag chock full of hat and tie pins for $2.00. In the lot I managed to score a small sterling tie pin and a nice 10k (3 grams) tie pin. Not a bad day since yard sale season is pretty much done.
