Relic Hunting
Hello Everyone. I got out to my favorite fort site this morning. The property also held an early 20 th century homesite and the same family still owns the property today.
Occasionally I find goodies out there that was lost by the family back in the day. Out of all the Seminole war period relics I’ve recovered out there I can honestly say today’s find was my favorite. I was able to return a hand made bracelet that the owner made when he was a child. It bears his initials on the face. I was overjoyed giving it back to him and after a few minutes the bracelet sparked his memory.
Happy hunting to all and thanks for letting me share the story with you
