First I would like to say thanks for the encouraging words for these finds! Just wanted to say that these coins were all found in a 25' by 50' area just to the left of a 1730's home. I really doubt that I will ever find a spot like this again. Beginners luck?
Anyway they were:
1730's KG 2
1863 Silver 3 cent piece.
1906 Indian head penny
1945 P war nickel

This past weekend was the first weekend that I got skunked, nothing but clad.

Nice score. Finds come in streaks, as they say. I had a good honey hole for about a year then it dried up. They don't come easy for most of us.
