Hood orniment maybe

Found this today and not sure what it is. The part where the rusted screw goes in looks to be adjustable.
Maybe a car hood orniment?

Drawer pull it is. The only thing that kept me from thinking it was a drawer pull was the
adjustable hing area,with a screw there the angle could be changed, the rusted large
screw does look similar to a drawer pull screw. Thanks for looking, HH DFW
