Horse Gear????

Found these items while in an area known to farming. Can anyone identify these items? (I believe they are horse related.) Found about 3-8 inches deep inside a very shallow rock foundation.

Pretty sure the piece marked 1814 is part of a sickle guard from a horse drawen sickle. Later Clyde
