Horse/Mule shoe finds

I think the smaller one is a mule shoe? The bigger one was a neat find. I found it in the crevice of a several stones in the ground. I'm thinking maybe the location and how it got broke? Not sure on age, but the area had civil war action and some cavalry.

Neat shoes. I would think the larger would be the mule shoe, unless you have the Budweiser team down there. Way to go!
