Hotel Ogden, Madison Wisconsin

I am posting this for a friend that dug it at an old stone barn last week. On the back is printed 'POSTAGE STAMP BOX'
We have only been able to find a couple references to the hotel, and nothing about A.M. Dickson.
I don't remember seeing one of these on TNet before.
