How do I get my bank to get their coins from the FED?

I keep getting the 5x5x2 boxes from the armored car companies. the rolls with the black on white or tan on white and i always do horribly with these. i always do wayyy better with the CWI N.F. Strings Wrap yellow 5x10 box. do i have to ask the bank to get these coins specially or should i just try a new bank. anyone know banks that can order these consistantly??
