How reliable is the Minelab Safari??

How reliable is the Minelab Safari. In other words, is the display accurate? The numbers the detector gives you and the depth, are these usually right? If not, are they way off or just a little off?

I find the display reasonably accurate although I am really listening for tones. The depth gauge gives you a pretty good idea if the target is shallow or deep.
