Hi,

I'm new to prospecting from SoCal, soon to be joining the SoCal Prospector's Club. I figured this would be a great way of getting out and spending quality time with the fiance, going on road trips and enjoying the beautiful outdoors together.. Looking forward to the thrill of finding my first gold picker after I get used to playing with the 4500 and figuring out the settings. My first and latest trip was out in Barstow last week (it was extremely hot! 108 degrees). Bullet casings and nails, still had a great experience
