How's about something really old?
It happened to me already! A friend of mine found a nice bronze age needle and a beautiful bronze age fishing arrowhead a few years ago, after he had been water lake hunting for a few years. I was at a local lake earlier this, my first year in the water and got a really awesome needle, the best one of its kind so I've heard from the officials. How old? I haven't got the official results, but it's definately pre 2,000...B.C. that is
Next to it on the pic is the pre 1900 pendant I found in the lake the same day. My oldest and nicest "modern" piece. I will keep you up to date on the age of the needle.
